
Euro Mechanical has been central to Abu Dhabi's energy infrastructure for over forty years. Jpd's Dubai team built the brand to match that standing — and the relationship with ADNOC to prove it.



Euro Mechanical had been contributing to Abu Dhabi's energy infrastructure for over forty years, but the brand had not kept pace with the business. There were no guidelines. The name, colours, typography, and messaging were applied inconsistently, creating confusion among clients, partners, and the company's own workforce. With increasing competition within the UAE energy sector and a workforce that needed re-engaging, leadership needed a brand capable of driving alignment internally and signalling capability externally — while respecting a heritage that mattered deeply to the people inside the business.

Jpd's Dubai team led a full brand immersion — workshops, stakeholder interviews, and a detailed analysis of the company's culture, ambitions, and position within the Abu Dhabi energy sector. The process identified Euro Mechanical's core character: a business defined by its people, its long-term relationships with clients including ADNOC, and its drive for continuous improvement. A new logotype was developed, modern in approach with typographic details that reflected the regional context in which the company had built its reputation. Guidelines, tone of voice, and a new digital presence completed the programme.









The new brand generated an immediate positive response from Euro Mechanical's client base — including ADNOC — opening new business opportunities and strengthening established relationships. Internally, the brand gave the workforce a renewed sense of direction and pride. Euro Mechanical subsequently became a sector pioneer in Abu Dhabi, introducing Artificial Intelligence to its operations — a move made credible by the positioning the brand had established. The programme was recognised at the Transform Awards MEA 2019 with Gold for Best International Communications during a Brand Development Project, and Bronze for Best Brand Evolution.
