Formally known as Kempinski Hotel Fleuve Congo, the hotel is uniquely positioned in the business and embassy district of Kinshasa, with 237 rooms and suites. Our client got in touch with Jpd during the defragging of the property and the departure of the Kempinski brand umbrella. Our client was looking to create a new brand that would retain its heritage and trust while creating anew strong and independent identity. Fleuve Congo, the majority of which offer spectacular river views, targets both business and leisure travellers.
Our client was looking to ensure and maintain establish trust that clients had with the hotel. The new brand had to translate quality, reliability and most of all, 5-star hospitality service.Running an in-depth audit and research phase, Jpd has proposed a new brand identity, taking back to its roots and setting a new strong future for the property. Based on the developed story, a new Look & Feel was proposed and applied across all hotel collaterals. Jpd managed and overseen print and production of the marketing and BTL collaterals, ensuring the quality and consistency of the new brand.
Successfully launched, the hotel went through a smooth and timely transition from Kempinski to a new brand with no loss in reservations. With modern meetings facilities, stylish restaurants and bars, and a dedicated team hotel is continuing to provide the highest level of service in the Congo, proudly remaining the iconic and most trustworthy stay in the republic.
