Seven Seas Group (former EMS Seven Seas) is a global maritime services group, operating in 18 countries throughout Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, Europe and the Americas, with a global network of 600 ports. Being established for over 4 decades, Seven Seas Group was undergoing a merge of several companies and required a new strategic direction to help them smoothly transition and communicate a new message, externally and internally.
Keeping this in mind, the team at Jpd had to ensure consistency in brand roll out across various suppliers and partners of the group, globally. The team performed an in-depth analysis of survey’s from company’s employees’, partners and customers, to identify the essence of the group, as well as understand any key gaps in corporate communication. Working closely with Seven Seas team and suppliers in Dubai and Europe, a brand positioning “Concierge of the Seas’, was developed. This statement streamlined the company’s competitive advantage of diverse offering and attentive approach to customer’s enquiries.
The work won a Bronze Award at the Transform Awards MENA 2017 for the Best Brand Tone of Voice.
