With urbanisation of Dubai and growth in demand for new offerings within the hospitality sector, visitors seek alternatives to the traditional travel. Driven Properties, an award winning and leading real estate agency in Dubai, thought of repositioning its online brand – Driven Holiday Home. This idea began with an objective to provide the first upper home stay experience that would cater to a set of premium customers in both – business and leisure segments.
Jpd team took the lead to create a brand positioning, name & brand identity. Based on an extensive research the team proposed the brand positioning as ‘Glocal Home’, that alludes to new travel trends. This then further guided the development of a new brand – “Twentyfive55’’ – that highlights the GPS location of the Emirate of Dubai.
