James Pass is Managing Director of JPd. Known as an award-winning brand consultant and creative principle, James has over 20 years of branding experience with some of the largest international agencies and projects globally.
James was behind the success of many noteworthy international branding projects from TeliaSonera in Northern Europe and Eurasia to regional based companies such as, IPIC, Masdar, Kansai Paint, Jumeirah Group, Rotana Hospitality, and the list goes on.
James is actively participates in digital and print media, where his expert opinion pieces have been published in some of the largest media channels, such us Gulf News, Dubai Eye, Entrepreneur Magazine and etc. With his participation in the media, James hopes to establish stronger awareness on best brand practises to ensure the highest level of branding methods in the region.

Yulia Klimacheva is a Managing Partner and Brand Strategist for both the JPd Group and its portfolio of clients. With almost a decade of brand strategy experience, Yulia’s strategic approach and analytical mindset helped numerous brands to build and grow their intellectual property
An award-winning specialist, Yulia started her career working for a leading international branding agency, Landor Associates, managing noteworthy strategic projects, such as TeliaSonera, Kansai Paint, Bayara; as well as brand development of Dubai Government department Tas’heel.
Further in her career, Yulia has expanded her expertise to digital and advertising strategies, helping brands such as REDTAG, RAK Tourism and Authority, Pacific Controls and more, to build their brand presence in MENA region.
As a managing partner of the JPd Group, she is responsible for shaping the business on an international scale, driving the group to an award-winning status across strategic thinking, design and client service offering, yet still preserving her unique attitude and work ethos.
