As a flagship Mediterranean restaurant of dusitD2 Kenz Hotel, client required to develop a standalone brand with authentic story and visual identity to reflect unique interior and offering of the venue. Located in the heart of Barsha Heights, it was essential to communicate the true story that would reflect the feel of the place and attract the audience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or just to meet with friends for shisha offered at the terrace.
Based on research and developed brand story “Urban Escape”, JPd team proposed simple and easy to remember name “Ostro”, meaning Mediterranean winds, to reflect the “gate-away from the city life” ambiance of the restaurant. JPd team developed the full brand identity, rolling it out across all marketing materials, as well as proposing unique accessories for visitors to take home with them to remember their unique experience at Ostro.
